Welcome back to Land of the Tsar (now a republic). Last time we saw us pay debts and do the economy good.

Our fellow democracy the USA has agreed to help us. It is a war of tyrannic imperialism. The fate of Russia depnds on every common worker, soldier and farmer to help the cause of Freedom in this world. We can not allow the bright light of democracy in Europe to flicker out. I ask the Duma to declare mobilization. It is up to everyone to save the Republic." The Bright light speech would be remembered as one of the defining moments of Russian History.

The General Council of War Generals drafts a plan to lure the Austrians in and force them to suffer attrition.(does the AI suffer attrition?) and if they reach the defense line to attack the defending forces will be able to get help from neighboring armies.
