Hi, how's it going? We're going to delve back into the madness of the France IA game, so welcome! Vercingetorix won the strawpoll, surprise surprise, with 12 votes. Alaric received 4, Viriato received 3, and Alfred recieved 2.

We start with a scene of the southern front in the Gallo-Visigothic War of Even More Domination. Just a warning, the annotation will be quick because there isn't much stuff going on besides war.
Here's the northern portion where more action is happening. We'll be visiting here more often than the south.
Laval is refounded by the Anglo-Saxons to the north of the Visigothic empire, and the Gauls invade around Chatellerault.
Lagogne is nuked, Conques does Bilma things. :)
Here's the middle of the front. In case you were interested.
Chateauroux is in trouble from the Gauls.
Trebas is nuked. Agde is under naval attack.
Chateauroux has fallen to the Gauls.
Everyone is happy, but not as happy as the Gauls. Or the Visigoths.
Conques falls to the Gauls.
And is retaken.
Conques flips again and Chatellerault is now Gallic.
Conques flips again...
The Anglo-Saxons are sending settlers into the ex-dead zone, which is nice.
Look at how big Blois is! It won't be that big for long.
Hey look, Conques hasn't flipped!
Pierrelatte was nuked, and Turin is still Visigothic and will be for a while.
Conques flips... La Rochelle was probably nuked or XCOMed.
The Visigothic air force is taking potshots at Laval.
Brive has taken damage, and Agde is still being attacked by embarked forces.
Come on lads, use those carpets!
See what I mean? USE THEM!!!
Conques flips and Premian was nuked.
The Visigoths conquer Sarzeau while they make peace with the Anglo-Saxons.
Bram-V2 was nuked, and the attack on Agde continues. Conques status: Visigothic.
Shame Alfred made peace with Alaric, he has many forces in Brittany CSR.
Chatellerault and Chateauroux are solidly Gallic at this point.
Agde falls further into the yellow. Conques status: Visigothic.
The Visigoths have sent many XCOMs to attack Blois, Bourges, Montlucon, and Nevers.
Agde has fallen to the Gauls! Conques is still Visigothic, and Vercingetorix sends his own XCOMs to attack L'Escala.
Turin was nuked quite a while ago, but nothing changed as you can see.
Bourges and Nevers are in the yellow, showing great progress from the Visigothic XCOMs.
Conques falls to the Gauls.
Agde flips.
Blois is taking damage, but Nevers and Bourges haven't taken any more.
Just an overview of the pillaged and fallout tiles on the Northern Front.
Just an overview of the pillaged and fallout tiles on the Western Front.
Just an overview of the pillaged and fallout tiles on the Southern Front.
Loudeac is taken by the Visigoths, which I'm sure will influence the course of the war greatly.
While we're up here, here is the Anglo-Saxon core.
And here are Vercingetorix's reserves.
Here are more of Vercingetorix's reserves.
Look, the Iberians!
Cahors was nuked again, I think, and Conques has 2 population!
All the fields around Bourges have been pillaged. Blois is fine though. I missed it during the overview of other things, but Bourges has flipped.
Good name change Viriato, good name change.
Can Blois take damage now? Those forces would suggest yes, but I'm not so sure. You'd think Alaric would retake Chatellerault... Bourges has flipped again.
Conques does Conques things and flips. The Gallic air force is surprisingly absent in the south.
Blois takes damage and we find the Gallic air force in the north.
All of a sudden Blois and Chatellerault take a lot of damage.
Conques filps. Agde is still Gallic. Things are happening around Nant though.
Come on Alaric, take Blois!
Nothing going on here, move along.
So... Close... Chatellerault is in the red at least.
Vercingetorix sends XCOMs to attack La Rochelle, a very pretty port town.
Blois and Chatellerault fall to the Visigoths!
We'll end this part with Nant in the yellow. So far, this war has been pretty equal, with the two flipping Conques and other minor cities and the Visigoths making progress in the north. The Gauls have made some progress in the middle, which if not taken care of could split the Visigoths in two.

Stawpoll: http://strawpoll.me/6799666
The Gauls have over 10k score, which is impressive.
The Anglo-Saxons and Visigoths have similarly size militaries. LolViriato.
Hmm...
The Gauls have around twice the population of the States IRL.
Vercingetorix's production advantage is huge.
Happiness is about even though.
And this is useless, as everyone but Viriato has completed the tech tree.
That's more like it.
